Lily has been at Summit since December 2022. She has an interdisciplinary degree in the social sciences, focusing on the sociology of childhood. She has been in early childhood care since 2018 with a background in experiential outdoor camps through the Trustees and public kindergarten in Sherborn, MA, as well as a stint as an extended day teacher in her hometown (Holliston). Her favorite activities to do with the kids in AfterCare are crafts and dramatic play. Lily grew up in Massachusetts attending two years of college in Washington state and finishing her degree at MCLA.
She now lives in Marlborough with her two cats and her lop-eared bunny where you can find her cooking, crafting, and organizing her trinkets. Lily’s most recent project at Summit is a mural in the library basement dedicated to the AfterCare class of 2023-2024. She would love to pursue more murals in the future.
