Ishrat Alam joined the Summit team as a Classroom Support and AfterCare teacher during the summer of 2024. Ishrat has extensive experience as an early childhood educator. She most recently served as a Lead Teacher (infant through Pre-K) at the Kiddie Academy in Framingham. She also worked as a Lead Teacher at the Learning Center for the Deaf (Framingham) and as a Lead Teacher at Bright Horizons.
Ishrat holds a B.A. in Psychology from Dhaka University in Dhaka, Bangladesh. She has completed 30 credit hours of course work in Early Childhood Education from Mass Bay Community College, Framingham State University, and the University of MA (Amherst).
