Emily Browne is in her seventh year as a music teacher. She is so excited to join the Summit Montessori community and is looking forward to making music with the students. She graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Music Education Degree in 2020. Right out of college, she started working in Worcester Public Schools before transitioning to Framingham Public Schools in 2022. She absolutely loves the Framingham community and is so grateful that she gets to continue her career in this area!
Outside of Summit, Emily works at a few local event venues during weddings and corporate events. She lives with her husband, Robert, and their little cat, Luna, in Waltham, where they try to find pretty much any excuse to be outside. She loves to make things with her hands and would be more than happy to spend an afternoon crafting. She truly believes that with the right support, every person, regardless of age and ability, can experience joyful music-making. As a music teacher, she feels so lucky that she gets to be the person to help make that happen.
